CAÍÑO

A wine made with 100% Caíño variety grapes, a local variety with a strong and very personal aromatic intensity. Hand-picked in 20 kg boxes. Cold maceration to extract the full aromatic potential of the variety. Aging on fine lees for four months, providing the wine with greater unctuousness and singularity.

Colour: Straw-yellow with greenish highlights.


Aroma: Intense citrus fruits such as lime and other riper fruit such as banana, accompanied by white flowers and toasted notes.


Taste: A hint of sweetness, with good acidity, saline sensations and prolonged finish.


Gastronomy: Scallop pie, steamed mussels, rocket salad with goat’s cheese, sashimi, hake.

6 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats.
