ALTOS DE TORONA
BARRICA
Made from select picking of Albariño grapes and fermented in 300-litre French oak Burgundian barrels in a climatized room at 18 degrees and aged for six months in the barrels with battonage every two days. Then it is aged on its own lees for six months, filtered and bottled.

Colour: Intense yellow with golden highlights.
Aroma: Very rich with ripe citrus, peach, notes of honey and wood toasted.
Taste: Very balanced wine, tender, ample and enveloping. Fresh and with good acidity.
Gastronomy: Ideal for fish con salsas, roast lamb, rice with chicken or semi-cured cheeses.
