CAÍÑO
A wine made with 100% Caíño variety grapes, a local variety with a strong and very personal aromatic intensity. Hand-picked in 20 kg boxes. Cold maceration to extract the full aromatic potential of the variety. Aging on fine lees for four months, providing the wine with greater unctuousness and singularity.

Gastronomy: Scallop pie, steamed mussels, rocket salad with goat’s cheese, sashimi, hake.
